Refund Policy


At BLESSEDBUKINGS LTD, we take pride in delivering quality and excellence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better, while staying fully compliant with Nigerian laws and maintaining global best practices.


1. Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds or exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • The item delivered is materially different from what was displayed on our website.
  • Your package did not arrive within the promised timeframe, excluding force majeure or incomplete shipping information.

To be eligible:

  • Submit a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue is required.


2. Refund or Exchange Options

If your request is approved, you will be offered one of the following resolutions:

  1. Product Exchange: If the product is defective but still in stock and in returnable condition, we offer a like-for-like exchange.
  2. Cash Refund: Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method or the originating bank account used at checkout.

No refunds will be made to third-party accounts or alternate payment channels.

      3. Store Credit: As a flexible option, we encourage customers to opt for store credit for the refund amount, which can be used on future purchases.


Note: Store credit remains valid for 12 months and can be used in full or part.


3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items labeled “Final Sale”, “Promo”, or “Clearance”.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Returns without prior approval or after the 48-hour complaint window.


4. Return Process

  •  Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photo/video evidence 

      2. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team before shipping anything back.


     3. Return Shipping:

The Customer bears the cost unless the error was on our end (wrong or defective item).

    4. Refund Timeline:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.


 5. Order Cancellations


Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement only.

Cancellations after this period will be reviewed and granted only if the item hasn’t entered processing or shipping.


 6. Fraud & Policy Abuse


BLESSEDBUKINGS reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refunds or exchanges if return conditions are not met.
  • Flag and decline multiple or excessive refund requests suspected to be abusive.


7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) and relevant Nigerian commerce regulations.


We also maintain compliance with international consumer laws for cross-border transactions.

REFUND POLICY NOTICE

Please be informed that refunds will only be processed and sent to the original account from which the payment was made. We will not process refunds to any other account.


Customers are required to provide the account details from which the payment originated. This measure is necessary due to a current scam trend where individuals are using accounts they transacted with to commit fraud.


While we understand that mistakes can happen, the originating account details must be provided for refunds to be processed.

We will not be liable or a party to any fraudulent activities.
